All content, features, and functionality of PersonAIzer are owned by us and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

PersonAIzer is provided "as is" without warranties. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

End-User Consent & Client Responsibility

PersonAIzer provides built-in consent flows for end users interacting with public personas. If you choose to disable the built-in consent mechanism for your persona, you assume full responsibility for obtaining all necessary consents from end users before they interact with your persona, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations (including GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy frameworks).

By disabling built-in consent, you represent and warrant that you have implemented your own consent collection process that meets or exceeds the requirements of all applicable jurisdictions where your persona is made available.
