PERSONAIZER is operated by PERSONAIZER LLC (შპს პერსონეიაიზერი), a company registered in Georgia (identification code 405814757; Irakli Abashidze St. 34, Tbilisi).

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PERSONAIZER, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Use of Service

You may use our AI avatar services for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the platform or attempt to access it through unauthorized means.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of PERSONAIZER are owned by us and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

PERSONAIZER is provided "as is" without warranties. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

End-User Consent & Client Responsibility

PERSONAIZER provides built-in consent flows for end users interacting with public personas. If you choose to disable the built-in consent mechanism for your persona, you assume full responsibility for obtaining all necessary consents from end users before they interact with your persona, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations (including GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy frameworks).

By disabling built-in consent, you represent and warrant that you have implemented your own consent collection process that meets or exceeds the requirements of all applicable jurisdictions where your persona is made available.

Payment, Delivery & Refunds

Paid subscriptions are billed through our payment processor, Flitt (a payment product of TBC Bank). PERSONAIZER is a digital service: paid plan access, credits, and included features are delivered and activated immediately upon successful payment confirmation — there is no separate shipping or delivery process.

Because the Service is delivered immediately, payments are non-refundable once a billing period has started. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings to stop future renewals; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period, and you keep access to your plan's features until then. We may still issue a refund at our discretion for duplicate charges or a verified billing error on our part.

Third-Party Platforms

If you connect a third-party platform (such as a Facebook Page or Instagram account) to a persona, you must comply with that platform's terms and policies, including Meta's Platform Terms and Messenger/Instagram messaging policies (including the rules on the 24-hour messaging window and prohibited promotional use). You represent and warrant that you own or are authorized to manage every account, Page, or asset you connect, and that you have the right to process the messages your customers send through it.

Messaging Standards

You will not use the Service to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, and you will honor applicable messaging-window and opt-in requirements. We may suspend a connected channel that violates platform policy.

Data Processing

Where PERSONAIZER processes personal data on your behalf (for example, your customers' messages), that processing is governed by our Data Processing Addendum, which forms part of these Terms.

Third-Party Services Disclaimer

Third-party platforms and providers are outside our control and provided "as is"; we are not liable for their availability, acts, or omissions.
